Taking care of ourselves in current times
The current context has affected the way we work, socialize, and go about our daily life. This uncertainty can lead to stress and loneliness. The goal of this website is to provide resources to help us all navigate through this period.
Resources include: advice on stress management and emotional health, and working from home; ideas to stay fit and active; free cultural, educational, and entertainment-related ideas; mindfulness and relaxation; ideas on how to help in current times; and proposals for staying in touch and maintaining interaction with the IÉSEG community. It also proposes a weekly challenge.
This is a great time to come together, support each other, and do what we can to help!
